How it works

  1. 1

    Tell us about the listing

the link to the alleged copy, the link to your original and the platform.

  2. 2

    Get your kit

a PDF guide, an evidence checklist and a template with your facts, exactly as you gave them.

  3. 3

    You decide and submit

read the platform's guidance, choose the type of report and submit it yourself. The platform decides.

We don't submit anything, act for you, choose the type of report or tell you whether a listing breaks your rights.

FAQ

Will the listing be removed?
We can't promise it. You submit the report and the platform decides.
Will the seller see my name?
They might. Etsy and eBay say they share at least your name and email with the seller.
What if I'm wrong?
A report you know to be false can make you liable for damages, and the platform may stop accepting your reports. The kit has a checklist to go through before you sign. If you're unsure, talk to a lawyer first.
What if the seller disputes it?
The platform contacts you. The listing may come back after about 10 to 14 days (each platform sets its own period) unless you go to court. At that point you'd need a lawyer.
What isn't covered?
Counter-notices and disputes, trademark reports, fan art, derivative works and other unclear cases. For these, talk to a lawyer or use the platform's help pages.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. This pilot kit is free for 5 to 10 artists, and we won't charge you for it later. There is no paid version. The form and the kit ask, optionally, whether you'd pay for a kit like this. It's a survey only, not an offer. When the pilot is full, we close the form.
What do you do with my details?
We use them only to prepare and send your kit, reply to you and, if you answer the survey, learn whether the kit is worth building. We don't send newsletters or marketing, ask for payment details, sell your data, share it with sellers or submit anything to platforms. Form answers are deleted within 30 days and kits after 12 months. Your signed declaration is kept separately for 3 years, as evidence if a seller disputes the case. Privacy notice
